1.Which regions support delivery

Due to manufacturer restrictions, we currently only support orders from the United States.

2.Order processing time and delivery time

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Order delivery time is 8 to 13 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a large-scale event, the number of active orders increases sharply, and there will be a slight delay in delivery. Please forgive us.

If an order takes more than ten business days to process, we are sorry if the order is over run. You can contact us by mail [email protected]; we will process your order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, we will arrange a refund for you and your payment amount will be returned to your payment account.

If the user does not receive the Deposit Bag Products within the standard delivery time, you can contact us through [email protected], and we will try our best to help you contact the logistics company.

3.Freight methods and charges

We use the standard shipping of $2.22 per order and we will arrange free shipping for you if your single order is over $50. Orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of dispatch. 

If you want shorter shipping times, you can choose our VIP shipping, which costs $5.33 per order, and orders arrive 2 to 6 business days after they ship.

4.About packaging

Our Deposit Bag Products will be packed uniformly in eco-friendly recyclable cardboard boxes, please check carefully after you receive the Deposit Bag Products, if there is any problem, please contact us in time.

5.Sign for receipt

Please check that the package is in good condition before signing for it.

If you find any damage after receiving the Deposit Bag Products, please contact us in time and we will take care of it properly.

We hope that you will sign for it personally, if someone else signs for it on your behalf, please make sure your package will not be lost.

If the package is rejected due to customer reasons (non-quality issues), the freight will be borne by the customer.

6.Unclaimed Orders

Unclaimed, undeliverable packages due to customer reasons (wrong or incomplete address). We do not take any responsibility.

7.Sales Tax Fee

Sales tax fees are borne by the customer.

We accept US dollars for payment. If you pay in another currency, your bank may charge a remittance conversion fee. Please check with your bank.

We strongly recommend customers to register an account with us to track their orders.

8.Resend

Please check the order information carefully before payment. Shipping information cannot be changed after shipping. If the address cannot be delivered due to the wrong address, if you need to modify the address, you can send an email to [email protected], and we will try our best to contact the courier company to modify it. The resulting additional shipping or additional charges are borne by the customer.
