1. How to use the deposit bag?

Detailed instructions for use are printed on each of our deposit bags. Each bag has a unique matching barcode, sequential number and peel-off receipt for easy tracking. Each bag has a printed dotted line at the bottom that the recipient can cut along once they receive the item.

2. What if I receive a deposit bag that is not sealed properly?

If you find that the deposit bag is damaged or poorly sealed when you receive it, please contact us within 7 natural days of the return expiration date and we will take care of it for you. Please refer to the Return Policy for details.

3.About packaging

Our Deposit Bag Products will be packed uniformly in eco-friendly recyclable cardboard boxes, please check carefully after you receive the Deposit Bag Products, if there is any problem, please contact us in time.

4.Sign for receipt

Please check that the package is in good condition before signing for it.

If you find any damage after receiving the Deposit Bag Products, please contact us in time and we will take care of it properly.

We hope that you will sign for it personally, if someone else signs for it on your behalf, please make sure your package will not be lost.

If the package is rejected due to customer reasons (non-quality issues), the freight will be borne by the customer.
