1. How do I cancel my order?

After your order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

If the order is not yet packaged for shipment, you can cancel the order in your account order details. After the order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days. The exact time for refund depends on your payment method.

If an order has been packaged and shipped, it cannot be retrieved from the delivery pile or courier and therefore cannot be cancelled. If a return is required, we will contact the courier company to intercept the delivery, but the resulting courier costs will be fully borne by the customer.

2. What if the product is damaged in transit?

3. How do I return the product?
